Great service and good value for money. They have vegetarian options and only accept cash. This is a non air-conditioned place but the fan is sufficient to create a gentle breeze. ”

My husband actually introduced me to this gem, he had already been coming here regularly, and since our first visit together back in 2022, I immediately fell in love with the food. We’ve visited nearly 10 times now, and every single experience has been consistently amazing. The quality of the food never changes it’s always delicious, fresh, and cooked with love. We always order the same dishes: Grilled Fish of the Day with sambal matah, and the grilled prawns with garlic butter sauce. They’re so good, we’ve never even felt the need to try something else! The atmosphere is warm and humble, and what makes it even more special is the owner, Ibu Niluh, who is incredibly kind and welcoming. She always treats us like family and even gives us complimentary fried bananas, a sweet gesture that we truly appreciate. “ We decided to try this place for dinner as we walked by because the sign said "real home cooking with love." The food was great, and I signed up for a cooking class the next day. The class with Iluh will definitely be the highlight of my trip to Bali. She is so friendly and loves what she does. She made sure to explain everything, let me taste as we cooked, and made sure I wrote down everything so I can make these dishes at home someday. Overall, a great experience and great food! ”

Everything is cooked fresh after the order is placed and that's why so many reviews complaining about the wait time. Come prepared to wait with a drink while your food is prepared from scratch. It's a family run restaurant and gives you a homely feel about the cuisine. Definitely a must try while at Amed. Loved the food and service.
